About the frame
A sheet of metal is cut and pressed to make the visual look smooth like rim wire, and this is the technique used for first time to create this model. Although you will find the frame is made of very thin rim wire at the first glance, this sheet metal embodies the appearance that rim wire cannot be done, and you will see the differences of vertical thickness of upper and bottom parts of rim. This model has new temple parts which is uniquely shaped with crosscut’s line, and this is inspired by Japanese Machinist hand tool made of copper and stainless.
